Follow up on follow-up: Case study course on how to master evaluation and spin-offs of your project
About Course
Follow-up is considered to be part of the monitoring and evaluation phase. Yet, in order to do it properly, a project manager must think about it from the very beginning, preferably, at the ideation stage. Why? Because only then it becomes a coherent part of the project and adds up benefits to it, not to mention ensures sustainability after the project completion.
Although it is extremely important, the follow-up phase is often neglected. This course is based on the best-practice examples from the partner consortium, which show-case how follow-up can be used to increase the quality of a project and help project managers to learn from their mistakes.
